My approach to photography is getting into the weeds (literally) or wearing my hard hat + combat boots. Whatever it takes for the perfect shot.
My Grampa gave me my first camera when I was 7 years old (110 film, anyone?!) and I haven’t put it down since, including getting a minor in Photography in college studying under an incredible Photographer who taught me the art of capturing real life with real light.
For decades, it was only my family who had to deal with my obsession of always having the camera out….until 2009, when an acquaintance called me and asked to photograph her family after seeing my photos. I said NO at first!
And….. after 10 years of professionally photographing families, It evolved into a passion for giving small companies, non-profit organizations and individuals the opportunity to have photos that elevate their business, their experience, and their excitement for what they are creating.
I can’t believe that one phone call has brought me here, as it has been my dream job for as long as I can remember! Clients become friends, Families become “my families", and I couldn’t be more thankful for every single one of them.
